'Have I gone to far' you think, 'is it this one, or is it past the railway bridge?' then you get our your car and a happy chappy appears and directs you towards a big, warm, well equipped room that sounds great.
The drum sound in the recording room is, straight off, fantastic which is a battle and a half some times when recording cheap demos and trying to make them sound of a good quality. I would use Live if it cost more than the next leading brand of rehersal rooms. by uncle remus

great sized rooms, very good gear, ample PA, quality drum kits. quite rough and ready looking exterior but that adds to the charm in my book. very cheap recording prices - great for demo's. Robin is a very friendly chap, always willing to help out.

Critikill have rehearsed up here since it opened, its great!! Big Rooms, good gear, drums, PA etc Always a friendly person on hand to assist you if you have any problems, which is usually Robin or Mikey, and if you're a member down they'll even come in to help out on an instrument!!

The first thing we thought when entering the place was that it was from a horror movie, as it was dark and all. But once you get past that, the rooms were actually pretty good. Very big rooms, which is a different sound to a smaller room at SS, so if you practice at both, you will have to know how to setup your sound, which is a plus! The sofas in the rooms are great for lazy bastards like me. Robin is a very nice guy and we have had a couple of great practices there.

This is by far the best rehersal space in Livi and beyond. Great service, good gear, and cheap spares (strings n that) on hand if you need them with a friendly smile.
Recording is great. Drum sound IS awesome. Top Drawer

Robins place is fist class. Massive rooms, good gear, with a real rock and roll feel. A very knowledgable dude who makes sure you enjoy your jam, and that you'll recommend the place to your mates. Used the rooms loads of times, and never been let down. By far the cheapest around, and although it's a couple of miles from teh town centre, it all adds to the atmosphere.
The cheapest demo quality recording this side of Jabrovia.... Highly recommended.
